5 Steps To Perfect Hair

Your hair is your ultimate glory. Take care of it and it will shine in the eyes of the world. You don't always need expensive treatments or go to a hair salon to get your hair done professionally. There are many things you can do yourself.

first. For shiny and healthy hair, first think about your body's input. Your hair really only reflects who you are on the inside. A balanced, nutritious and healthy diet will make your hair shinier than any shampoo or conditioner. And also drink eight to ten glasses of water a day; Hair is 25% water, so don't let your hair get thirsty!

2. Dry your hair after washing at room temperature after using an absorbent towel to absorb excess moisture, but do not rub vigorously. If possible, do not use a hair dryer, flat iron, curling iron, or hot roller. Artificial heating will make your hair brittle and damaged over time. Go natural whenever you can.

3. Prevent unnecessary damage to your hair by using the right comb. Comb wet hair only with a wide-tooth comb, combing from tip to base but avoiding root contact. Untangling wet hair with a stiff steel comb can cause a lot of damage, so don't!

4. Get rid of split ends or split ends, like this:

Take small sections of hair and twist neatly in a downward motion. Split ends will pop out. Using sharp scissors, carefully cut the twisted part, but do not cut through, to remove damaged cuticles and leave a natural look. Trim about the same amount of each twist to balance out the effect.

5. Hair loss can be slowed or even reversed with some simple tips, although they may not cure the underlying disease. Biotin can help regenerate hair follicles:

mix banana with honey, yogurt and skim milk, drink daily. Supplements such as vitamin B6, zinc, and dwarf palm will also help, but eliminating stress and getting enough sleep can have the same effect. We are all obsessed with our hair, whether we are 9 or 90 years old, male or female. Take care of yourself first and your hair will reflect that care and concern. Samson's strength in the Bible lies in his beautiful, flowing hair. Your hair alike reflects your vigor.
